Job description

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for a skilled-nursing opportunity - ideal for a provider who wants to practice thoughtfully instead of racing through a waiting room.
  • Get to know your patients beyond their diagnoses and use that insight to create treatment plans that reflect their changing clinical needs.
  • Take the lead on examinations, medication management and follow-up while helping medically complex patients avoid unnecessary setbacks.
  • Put your full training to work through patient education, preventive care, injections, suturing, wound management and other hands-on responsibilities.
  • Exchange information-not endless emails-with physicians, nurses and facility professionals working together around the same patients.
