Daytime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
$50 per wRVU
Evening 5:00 PM 10:00 PM
$65 per wRVU
Overnight 10:00 PM 5:00 AM
$70 per wRVU
Early Morning 5:00 AM 8:00 AM
$60 per wRVU
