Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a large, physician-led multispecialty group in recruiting a Neurohospitalist to join its growing inpatient neurology program in San Antonio, Texas. This is a great opportunity for a neurologist looking for a predictable block schedule, strong compensation, and additional earning potential through optional tele-neurology services.

- Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologists
- Fellowship training in Stroke, Neurocritical Care, or Neurophysiology is welcomed but not required

- Seven-on, seven-off schedule with 180 shifts annually
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Primarily 10-hour shifts with overnight phone and tele-neurology support

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $375,000 in year one
- Base salary increases to $400,000 beginning in year two
- Generous sign on bonus
- Additional shifts above the full-time schedule compensated at $2,000 per shift
- $25,000 sign-on bonus with potential for additional hospital incentives
- Optional tele-neurology coverage offering significant ancillary income potential
- Annual CME allowance of $1,500
