Position Highlights
- Outpatient Primary Care with Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends and no call
- Work alongside an excellent support team, including Medical Assistants, nursing staff, and an on?site health center manager
- Integrated care model offering medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and preventive services

Compensation & Benefits
- Robust base salary of $325,000 plus $50K sign-on bonus and $60K retention bonus paid over 3 years
