We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, including primary care, dental, and behavioral health services, to communities across Washington County and parts of southeastern Connecticut. About the Position:
- Total outpatient
- Join our team of 11 Providers, including Advanced Practice Providers
- Call is 1:8 weeks by phone only
- 32 clinical hours and 8 hours of dedicated admin time
- Capped patient panel
- Average daily patient census is 18-20
- Full EMR with HIPAA-compliant scribe
