Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a 420-bed regional referral and Level II trauma center in Dothan, Alabama, in finding a board-certified/ board-eligible Neurosurgeon to join their well-established Neurospine Center, which treats adult patients.
Job Description
- Clinic is located on the hospitals campus with easy access to OR, ED, etc.
- Staffing currently consists of two neurosurgeons (one general and one cerebrovascular/Endovascular), two interventional/vascular neurologists, and General Neurologists.
- Schedule is roughly 40% clinic, 60% procedural ( case mix is roughly 70% spine and 30% general)
- Will have dedicated OR time, so doesnt have to fight with Ortho, General Surgery, etc. for OR time
- Call is roughly 10 days/month (includes trauma and ED calls)
Compensation/Benefits
- Guaranteed base about MGMA 75% plus wRVU productivity
