- $5K moving and $5K signing bonus.
- Base salary increases to $220K second year and $225K third year.
- Physician that joined last year made $267K first year.
- Make additional $20 bonus for each patient over 20 per day.Patients that are seen for physicals count as 2 visits.
- $100K in loan repayment for 10 years of service
