Primary Care Physician $350,000+ 100% Outpatient No Call 12-15 Patients Per Day Colorado Springs, CO

Join a well-established clinic in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado, that specializes in whole-person, senior-centered care. Youll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care without the pressure of high patient volume or after-hours call.

Practice Overview:

• Practice Type: outpatient primary care practice
• Patient Demographic: adults to seniors
• EMR: Allscripts
• Integrated AI tool for dictation, documentation, and summaries

Position Details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 12-15 patients per day
• 32 patient-facing hours, 8 administrative hours/week (admin work can be done from home)
• No Call
• No Nights or Weekends

Compensation & Incentives:

• Total Compensation:$350,000+
• Sign onBonus: $30,000 (negotiable)
• Retention Bonus
