Compensation
- $500/hour
- $3,600/24-hour call
Schedule
- Tuesday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Mondays off
- Satellite Coverage:
- Winchester location Wednesdays
- Hagerstown location Every other Thursday (1st & 3rd Thursday of the month)
- Night call on rotating basis schedule TBD
- Weekend call schedule TBD
- Call is telephone-only; APPs manage on-site needs and will contact physician only if physical presence is required

Requirements
- Active Indiana state license or IMLC Required
- Oncology experience Required
- BLS Required
- ACLS Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemption accepted)
- COVID vaccination required (medical/religious exemption accepted)
- Case logs required
- Order entry expected to be completed by the locum provider
