What You ll Do
- Cover the emergency room, inpatient floors, triage, and obstetric calls during shift
- Assist with cesarean deliveries and gynecological emergencies
- Serve as the first responder for ED consults and OB/GYN emergencies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including CNMs and residents
- Participate in high-risk obstetric care including preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and fetal anomalies
- Manage postpartum patients, perform vaginal deliveries, and conduct gynecological procedures like IUD insertions and ultrasounds
- Provide consultative support for complex GYN cases and regional trauma transfer center duties
What You Need
- Valid medical license for Wisconsin (or IMLC accepted)
- Board Certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, DEA
- 1-3 years of obstetric and gynecological experience; preference for 3+ years
- Strong skills in delivery, outpatient care, and high-risk obstetrics
