Locum Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Neurovascular in Richmond, VA

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality post-procedure inpatient care for neurointerventional surgery patients.
- Participate in code stroke response protocols.
- Work with a varied patient population, focusing primarily on adults and geriatrics.
- Utilize EPIC for documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Availability for night shifts as required, including 7a-7p and 7p-7a rotations.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified (AANP) - Required
- Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner license - Preferred
- Current certifications in ACLS and BLS - Required
- Experience in neurocritical care nursing - Required
- Clean background with no malpractice or license issues - Required
- Documentation of previous assignments at the facility, if applicable - Required
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Virginia RN license (preferred)
- Board certification from AANP
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
