About the Role 3 Dots is seeking a Remote Travel Customer Service Specialist to assist clients with travel-related questions, planning requests, and experience coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, travel, hospitality, communication, and helping people. You do not need previous travel industry experience to be considered. We provide training and support to help you learn our processes and tools.
