Fully functioning allergy clinic

Outpatient Only- 0 nights. 0 weekends.

Shots/Biologic patients oversight

Fully integrated

Base $275,000 + % of net profit + revenue incentive

• 15 PTO days + 5 days for CME ($3,500 annual)
