Job description

Class A CDL Driver (SOLO2 Routes) - Join a Smaller, Driver-Focused Team Beyond Reproach LLC - Kansas City Looking for a company where you're more than just a number; At Beyond Reproach LLC, we offer the stability of Amazon Freight with the personal feel of a smaller, locally operated team. If you value consistency, respect, and a workplace where your contributions are recognized, we'd love to connect. Why Drivers Choose Our Team:
  • Small Company Culture, Big Benefits: As the only Amazon Freight Partner in Kansas City offering a 401(k) with company match, we combine long-term financial security with a supportive, team-oriented environment. Enjoy W2 employment, paid time off, and health and dental coverage.
  • Predictable Schedule and Real Work-Life Balance: Our 4 days on / 4 days off schedule means you'll know your workdays in advance and be home most nights - giving you time to recharge and focus on what matters outside of work.
  • Strong, Reliable Pay: Earn $65,000+ annually working just half the year on SOLO2 routes, with the opportunity to increase your income to $80,000+ through additional shifts and optional routes.
  • Modern Equipment, No Hassle Freight: Operate newer Amazon-branded sleeper trucks equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, and APU. All freight is 100% no-touch, supported by up-to-date GPS and handheld technology.
  • Consistency You Can Count On: Steady, year-round freight means dependable income without the unpredictability of long-haul OTR driving. What You'll Do:
    • Run regional SOLO2 routes with a structured, repeatable schedule
    • Deliver freight safely and on time using modern tools and technology
    • Complete two, two-day runs with comfortable sleeper resets, followed by four consecutive days off What We're Looking for:
      • Valid CDL-A: 1+ year experience preferred (will consider strong newer driver)
      • Clean MVR and positive DAC report
      • Min age 21
      • Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
      • Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and electronic devices
      • Strong communication skills in English Why This Role Stands Out: This is an opportunity to join a locally operated business that values its drivers while still providing the structure and freight volume of Amazon. You'll experience the difference of working with a smaller team that prioritizes respect, communication, and consistency. If you're ready to move away from large, impersonal carriers and join a company that values your time and experience, apply today. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $65,000+ per year Benefits:
        • 401(k) with company match
        • Health insurance
