Surgery - Otorhinolaryngology Physician

Job description

  • Coverage dates:
    • 9/13 - 9/21
    • 10/12 - 10/19
    • Schedule:
      • Mondays - Fridays the provider will be in clinic 8 am - 5 pm plus take night call via pager
      • On Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), 24 hour call
      • Will accept truly BE (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified
      • Patient volume: 16 patients per day in clinic
      • Must be able to see both adult and pediatric patients
      • Support staff: 1 RN, 2 LPN's, 2 registration specialists, audiologists
      • Credentialing timeline: 45 days
      • Will accept IMLC or licensure candidatesBecome an ICON:
