The facility features an 11-bed department and is actively seeking dedicated OBGYN providers to support consistent, long-term call coverage while the organization works to grow its permanent team.
Opportunity:Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:- Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage with a minimum of 10 shifts per month beginning January 2027 on an ongoing basis
- Manage approximately 5 patient encounters per shift within an 11-bed department
- Shifts run 7a-7a with in-house call coverage required
- Active Washington State license or IMLC required
- Board certification required; estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
- Active DEA registration required
- Manage both low and high risk pregnancies
- Perform FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
- Perform OB ultrasounds including Level I/Screening (viability) with performance and interpretation capabilities
- Conduct routine deliveries including vaginal and low forceps deliveries
- Perform decision-making for c-sections and all complicated deliveries including c-sections, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
- Repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Provide office and minor gynecology services including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP procedures
- Perform surgical gynecology including open procedures, laparoscopic diagnostic and minor procedures, and operative/major procedures such as ectopic pregnancy management, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's
Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
