  • Required Procedures None Required. Desired include skin excisions/punch biopsies, Nexplanon & IUD, Cryotherapy, toenail evulsions.
  • Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) Applicant must demonstrate involvement as an admitting physician for at least (20) patients during the past two (2) years.
  • Will provider work solo? Yes
  • Licensed Candidate: No, but highly preferred with start date in 12/2026
  • Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable) BLS
  • EMR: EPIC
