Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: Clinic 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overnight call 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM; Saturday-Sunday: 24-hour call 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (no clinic). Coverage needed 1-2 weeks per month consistently.
- Immediate Open Dates: 11/1, 11/8-11/22, 12/18-1/16
- Job Setting: Outpatient clinic with after-hours and weekend phone call coverage
- Types of Cases:
- Up to 18-20 outpatient patients per day (new and established)
- Evening and weekend on-call coverage for clinic patients (phone-based)
- Weekend coverage includes outpatient and inpatient curbside consults (via phone) - hospitalists may reach out for guidance
- Responsible for reviewing patient test results and refilling prescriptions remotely as needed
- Average call volume: 10 calls per weeknight and weekend
- Reason for Opening: Candidate on Leave
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Licensure: Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain)
