• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Primary Care; must be able to see ALL ages; 20 patients per day
• Credentialing: Estimated 21 days; temporary privileges not available
• EMR System: Epic
• Call: No Call
• Note: Local candidates only

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Licensure: Must be licensed in Georgia only; IMLC not accepted
