Job description

Position: Headache Neurology Physician Connecticut

Schedule:

  • Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • No call required (preferred)

Practice Setting:

  • Outpatient headache center
  • Support Staff: MA, nurse, front desk

Patient Volume & Care:

  • patients/day
  • New consults and follow-ups for migraine/headache

Procedures:

  • Botox injections
  • Occipital nerve block injections

Requirements:

  • Physician (MD/DO)
  • Headache fellowship required
  • Experience with migraine management and injection therapies
