Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner looking for a predictable, outpatient corporate health opportunity in New Jersey? A major regional healthcare network is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice clinician to support their Corporate Care team in New Brunswick. Because this is an outpatient corporate setting rather than a hospital-based department, the onboarding process is significantly faster, allowing for an efficient transition into the role.
The Opportunity Step into a structured, daytime corporate medicine environment focusing on employee health, regulatory compliance, and workplace injury management.
Clinical Scope: Perform pre-placement physicals, return-to-work clearances, medical surveillance, chemical exposure treatments, health screenings, for-cause substance testing, and fit-for-duty examinations.
Injury Management: Conduct initial and ongoing worker's compensation injury assessments and follow-up care. Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and laboratory results.
Patient Volume: Manage a steady clinical pace of 20 to 25 patients per day.
Schedule: Highly flexible part-time commitment consisting of 2 3 days per week. Shifts run from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no on-call responsibilities required.
Collaboration: Work in tandem with an integrated team of occupational physicians, fellow APNs, and regional corporate health departments.

Timeline: 3-month initial assignment running from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, with potential for extension based on operational needs.
Candidate Requirements To support complex corporate clients and regulatory standards, candidates must possess senior-level experience and meet the following criteria:
Licensure: Active New Jersey State Nurse Practitioner License, valid CDS, and DEA registration.
Certification: Active DOT Certification is strictly required to perform commercial driving examinations.
Experience: Must have senior-level clinical experience; comfort managing worker's compensation cases and occupational health protocols is essential.
