The Opportunity:

By combining in-person rounds with strategic telehealth coverage, you'll stabilize residents during critical moments and prevent the trauma and disruption of unnecessary hospital transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
- Provide psychotherapy and patient education when appropriate
