Health Center and Community Details:- Health center is a county-owned facility that in early 2014 completed a $31 million addition including a new entrance and lobby, registration, emergency department and lab draw and major renovations to the maternity floor, ambulatory surgery area, and skilled nursing facility. It is the only hospital facility in the county and only comparable facility within a 35 mile radius. The Health System provides inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, acute, ambulatory, inpatient behavioral health and long term skilled nursing services. Health system is currently certified for the following bed counts: Medical/Surgical 40, Intensive Care 5, Maternity 5, Behavioral Health 12, and Skilled Nursing 138.
