Responsibilities•Provide comprehensive primary care to an adult patient population. •Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. •Provide preventive care and health education. •Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care. •Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. •Participate in clinic-wide quality improvement and patient care initiatives. •Utilize virtual care tools and other innovations to enhance patient access and outcomes. Qualifications•Active Oregon NP or PA license. •Current DEA license. •Current BLS or ACLS certification.
