A well-established primary care practice in Brewster, Washington, is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a close-knit team providing comprehensive care in a state-of-the-art clinic.
Position Highlights: - Full-time opportunity
- Will be sole provider some of the time
- Choose a 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour work schedule
- Clinic open Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Join a team of 1 physician and 1 APP
- Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art primary care clinic
- Collaborative environment working alongside physicians and other APPs
- Government site qualified with HPSA Score of 16
- Mentoring program available
Compensation/Benefits:
- $138K $160K base salary, depending on experience
- RVU-based bonus opportunity

Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum of 5 years NP/PA experience required
- Ability to obtain an active Washington State license
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other APPs
- Strong, compassionate communication skills for educating patients and families
- Thorough documentation and comprehensive patient record management
- Spanish-speaking skills preferred
