Neurology APP Äì Memory Care - Findlay, OHNW Ohio The OpportunitySeeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join the Neurology team in Findlay, Ohio, expanding access to neurology care while helping build a dedicated memory care program. Position Highlights
- Focus on memory care and cognitive disorders
- Average 12 patients per day, allowing for longer appointment times
- Help improve early detection, diagnostic accuracy, caregiver preparedness, and safe aging
in place- Coordinate care and connect patients and caregivers with community resources
- Shared office phone call, 1:3 rotation
- Hospitalist group manages inpatient admissions
Qualifications- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum 2 years of neurology or memory care experience preferred
- Candidates without general neurology experience may be considered, with an expectation to
develop proficiency in general neurology Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $120,000 Äì $145,000 based on experience
- $3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance
- 200 hours vacation/CME time
