- Minimum 2 years of pediatrics experience required
- Average volume of 25 patients per day
- Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
- Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
- Cerner EMR with AI-assisted charting
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $120,000 Äì $130,000 based on experience
- wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10,000 Äì $20,000+ annually
- 200 hours vacation/CME time
- $3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance
