Full-time

Outpatient
General rehab-type PM&R and read EMGs.
Ready-made practice with excellent referral resources
A network of 14 primary care outreach facilities
Patient population of 700,000 throughout Kentucky and Ohio

Compensation

315K guaranteed for the 1st two years.
Third year, straight productivity.
Sign on bonus
Student loan repayment
