Dorchester, Massachusetts - Primary Care Physician Job (Permanent)
Clinical Role:

- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible:
- Family Medicine physician
- Internal Medicine physician
- Medicare-focused patient population (65+)
- Hybrid schedule
- Four onsite days per week (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- One remote day per week
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Part-time option available
- Light call schedule
- Approximately two evenings per month
- Approximately two weekends per year
- Average patient volume: 15-18 patients per day
- Comprehensive, team-based primary care model
- Focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and social support
- In-clinic and virtual care options
- Coordinate care with specialists and hospitals
- Emphasis on social determinants of health including housing, food security, and loneliness
- Work alongside another physician and three APPs
- No APP supervision required

- Base salary: $250,000-$290,000 DOE
- 10% bonus opportunity
