Details:- Hospital employed position
- Mix of OB and GYN - GYN is newer to the team and growing
- Clinic Hours: 40 hours/week including one OR block/week
- General Schedule: To start - 4 clinic days and 1 OR day (based on a 5-day work week)
- Call: 10 days/mo
- Average # of patients seen per day: Practice is still building
- Support staff: Typically one clinical support/provider.
- Practitioners: Joining 1 OB/GYN and 1 FM/OB, 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS
- Robotics coming in 2027
- Compensation in the MGMA 50th-75th% inclusive of wRVU production incentive
- $5K CME allowance
- $50K Sign-on bonus 25+ days PTO
- $10K+ relocation allowance
