- As a Physician in an affiliated medical practice, provides medical services to patients in an assigned area.
About the Horizon Program:- The Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in central and mid-coast Maine.
- This includes the Horizon Clinic - one-stop access to primary care, mental health services, case managers and others - offering an easy way to meet many needs and to get questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and expense.
- We offer case management services for people with HIV or AIDS.

Qualifications:- MD or DO Degree
- Board-certified or Board-eligible
