  • 50% EMR/informatics: Provider training, onboarding & workflow optimization
  • 40% Primary Care: Treat patients of all ages, acute/chronic conditions & preventive care
  • 10% Administration: EMR documentation & clinical support
  • 2+ years primary care and EMR experience required
