Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing; currently authorized through February 2027
• Commitment: Five days per month, Monday ÄìFriday
• Coverage Type: 24-hour in-house call
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Scope: Interventional Cardiology and STEMI coverage
• Average 24-Hour Call Volume: Approximately 20 Äì25 encounters
• Patients Seen: Approximately 15 Äì20
• Response Time:
- Routine in-house requests: Within one hour - Emergency/STEMI: Within 30 minutes
• Admissions: Managed by the hospitalist service except STEMI-related admissions
• Patient Callbacks: None
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 Äì90 days; expedited processing may be possible
• Temporary Privileges: Unavailable

Requirements
• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology
• Active Arkansas medical license required at presentation
• Current ACLS, ATLS, and BLS
• Clean malpractice history and NPDB required
• Current STEMI and cardiac catheterization experience
• Availability for five consecutive weekdays per month
• Ability to respond to STEMI emergencies within 30 minutes
Clinical Details
• Provide 24-hour in-house Interventional Cardiology coverage
• Respond to STEMI activations and urgent cardiac consultations
• Evaluate approximately 15 Äì20 patients during a call period
• Manage STEMI-related admissions when required
• Collaborate with seven RNs, six APPs, seven MAs, and three office staff
• No patient callbacks, APP supervision, resident supervision, or teaching responsibilities
