- Salary: $375,000 Äì $500,000 based on experience, plus incentive

rehabilitation effectiveness Leadership ScopeThe Chief of PM&R oversees all activities supporting the strategic mission across its 10 divisions, working closely with senior administration and leaders including:- Director of Rehabilitation Services
- Residency Program Director
- Director of Clinical Research
- Management Team
- Physician Medical Directors of the outpatient department, rehabilitation hospital, and pain
centerSystem-wide oversight includes:- Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital
- Northwest Hospital
- Grace Medical Center
- LBH Partners Division
Key responsibilities include:- Advocating for appropriate staff expertise through professional growth and lifelong learning
- Coordinating and communicating the needs of the Institute to build a regional and national brand
- Developing the next generation of physicians and rehabilitation professionals through teaching
programs- Building on the ABBEL Research Division to support evidence-based rehabilitation practice
Qualifications- Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (subspecialty certification a plus)
- 7 Äì10 years of administrative and clinical leadership experience
- Previous chair or vice chair experience preferred; emerging leaders with appropriate experience
will be considered- Participation at the national level in the field of PM&R
- Research experience with a track record of presentations and publications
- Experience cultivating an environment of diversity, quality, teamwork, growth, and improvement
