- Patient care includes new patient consults and short- and long-term post-operative follow-up
- Coordinate care across multiple disciplines involved in bariatric and weight management treatment
- In-office procedures include skin and soft tissue mass excision and complex wound care
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Flexible shift options: 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts
- No call required
- Primary site in Uncasville with possible travel to Waterford or Willimantic
- Travel between sites required

Candidate Requirements:- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate of an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner Master's program preferred
- Connecticut PA or APRN license, or eligibility
- Certification or eligibility as a PA or nationally board-certified ambulatory Nurse Practitioner
- Clinical experience in surgery, weight management, or nutritional services strongly preferred
- Strong communication, care coordination, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
