Locums Hematology/Oncology Marshfield, WI (any state license accepted)Why This Role

Assignment Details- Start/end: ASAP, ongoing; full-time, or 2-3 weeks/month (two locums can be paired)
- Schedule: M-F 8-5 (1-hr lunch), OT after 9; 1:4 weekly hospital call (Friday 0730-Friday 0730), rounding 1-2 hours daily Mon-Sun plus weekday afternoon rounding ; beeper call, 30-min response
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient and outpatient
- Volume: 15 patients/shift; call 5-10 phone consults, rarely called in
- Setting: Level 2 trauma, stroke certified; radiation oncology services on site
- Support: 3 MDs, 3 APPs, RN/MA, navigators, infusion RNs
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 60 days; temp privileges available
Clinical Details- Required scope: Hematology/oncology (not just med onc trained); bone marrow biopsies required; covering acute leukemic and inpatient chemo patients; clinic weekday call for add-on consults and chemo supervision; documentation for post autologous stem cell transplant and post CAR-T patients
- Rounds on assigned and unassigned patients
Requirements- Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Fellowship
- License: any state accepted
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Active DEA
Compensation- Rate negotiable, open to your number
