Locums Hematology/Oncology Medford, WI (any state license accepted or IMLC)Why This Role

• Any state license accepted via Act 10 expedited pathway, or IMLC
• No call, no inpatient, no procedures
• Board certified
• 2 days per week, outpatient only
• Ongoing need, multiple providers accepted - locums-to-perm potential
Assignment Details
• Start/end: Starts 11/9, ongoing; 2 days per week (days TBD)
• Schedule: 8a-4:30p including lunch; no call
• Coverage type: Outpatient clinic
• Volume: 15-16 patients/day
• Setting: Level 4 trauma, stroke certified; outpatient only - all inpatient work referred to Wausau (tertiary care)
• Support: 5 RNs, 1 PA
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
Clinical Details
• Required scope: Outpatient hematology/oncology - new consults, follow-ups, oversight of treatment; no inpatient work, no procedures, no APC supervision
Requirements
• Board certified in Hematology/Oncology
• License: any state accepted or IMLC
• BLS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
• Malpractice provided
