Assignment Details
• Start/end: ASAP; ongoing through December 2027
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off; 7am-7pm
• Coverage type: Inpatient Neurohospitalist; no call
• Volume: 10-15 patients/shift
• Setting: Inpatient; Level II trauma center; stroke certified
• Support: 2 APPs Monday-Friday with potential weekend coverage; V-Neuro covers 7pm-7am nightly
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 30 days; temporary privileges available
Clinical Details
• Required scope: Inpatient neurological consults and stroke coverage
• Rounding on assigned patients
• APP supervision required
• Nerve conduction EMGs are a plus
• No overnight coverage required
Requirements
• Board certified or board eligible
• License: MO or IMLC
• ACLS and BLS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate caps apply per facility
• Malpractice provided
• Travel and lodging reimbursed
