Assignment Details
• Start/end: ASAP - July 1, 2027
• Schedule: Approximately 20 days/month
• Coverage type: Clinic + 24-hour call
• Call ratio: 1:3
• Call response: 15 minutes
• Setting: Inpatient + outpatient
• Volume: 0-8 patients/shift
• Deliveries: Approximately 600 annually
• Department: 18 beds
• Support: 2 APPs + 3 midwives as scheduled
• Additional support: 24/7 CRNA and RT, surgical first assist, L&D/NICU nursing + OB tech
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Clinical Details
• Low- and high-risk pregnancy management
• Fetal heart rate interpretation
• Routine vaginal deliveries
• C-section decision-making and operative delivery
• Complicated deliveries including multiple births and abruptions
• Surgical gynecology required
• Major operative GYN cases including ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, and extensive lysis of adhesions
• VBAC and OB ultrasound experience preferred
• OB/GYN emergency consult coverage
Requirements
• Board certified required
• License: MO or IMLC
• ACLS
• ATLS
• BLS
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
