- Busy practice - current 2,000 active patients
- 90% outpatient with inpatient responsibilities
- Site sees 30 patients per day in the clinic

- Pediatricians share newborn responsibilities with Family Medicine
- Level II Nursery
- Join two other pediatricians
- Will perform circumcisions
- Call is 1:3 - you may be called in to address emergent situations with the neonatal provider, get the patient prepared for a transfer to the NICU - it is possibly ED call coverage, too
- Pediatricians are not called for routine c-sections - only higher risk deliveries
