• The physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families.
• 100% clinic practice no inpatient/hospitalist coverage
• Highly-engaged Primary Care team currently consisting of 1 family physician, 1 internist, and 1 pediatrician as well as 4 nurse practitioners
• Ophthalmology and surgery also on site with outreach service from many other specialties
• Work schedule: 8-5 M-F
• Clinic patients average 16-18/day
• OB is optional
• BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds required
