Perm/FT Family Physician Needed in NW Washington

Location: NW Washington State; Clallam County; Forks; Near Coast

Setting: Outpatient Clinic/Community Hospital

Start Date: ASAP

Coverage: M-F 8a-5p; No call, No weekends/holidays

Shifts: 8 hours

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted WA license
  • Clean WA DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
  • BE/BC

Salary Range: $247,000-$260,000 + benefits

Skills: Examines, diagnoses, treats all ages of patients; performs a range of procedures, medical histories, records and interprets data, collaborates with other physicians, refers to specialists as needed, orders appropriate laboratory procedures, prescribes and advises patients/guardians on appropriate use, administers medications/injection; provides patient education; reviews record and charts, full range of family
