Job description

  • Health system in beautiful CT River Valley seeks physician to take over for retiring Provider.
  • Retiring physician would transition new provider and share call initially
    New provider would initially have a 450-patient panel , approximately 95% of whom are 65+ with long term goal of adding another provider upon senior physician retirement
  • Occasional home visits and nursing home/independent living/retirement community patients
  • Very competitive base plus bonus and full benefits
