We re hiring a Hospitalist to join a small, well-run facility in Memphis. This role is perfect for physicians looking to stay clinically engaged without the grind of long, unpredictable hours. Whether you're semi-retired, balancing multiple roles, or just want more time for life outside the hospital, this could be a great fit.

What You ll Get:

• Daytime-only shifts (no nights)

• Short shifts just 5 to 6 hours per day

• One-location rounding no commuting between sites

• Flexible schedule: choose between 1 week/month or a 7-on/7-off rotation

• Supportive environment with minimal chaos

What We re Looking For:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Comfortable working independently in a smaller facility

• Interested in a role with consistent structure and lots of schedule flexibility
