The group offers an integrated care environment with a strong network of experienced cardiology specialists, interventional cardiovascular services, advanced heart valve treatments, and electrophysiology expertise.Position Highlights Schedule:1-2 days in clinic3-4 days in OR and/or inpatient roundingCall includes weekdays and weekends Facilities & Equipment:Hybrid ORNewly designed Vascular Surgery ORDedicated clinic support team, including a practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery schedulerCollaborative Environment: Work alongside a highly skilled cardiology and cardiovascular services team with an established patient base Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive vascular surgery care in both inpatient and outpatient settingsDiagnose and treat conditions related to the vascular system, including arteries, veins, and lymphatic circulationPerform a wide range of vascular surgical procedures in a hybrid OR environmentCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesParticipate in call rotation, covering both weekdays and weekendsDocument patient care and maintain compliance with medical standards and regulatory requirementsQualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionCompletion of an accredited Vascular Surgery Residency or FellowshipBoard certification or board eligibility in Vascular SurgeryMinimum of 3 years of post-training experience preferredActive or eligible for Arizona medical licensureStrong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skillsCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Lifestyle & Community Abundant sunshine year-roundVibrant dining, arts, and cultural scenesEasy access to outdoor recreation, including hiking, golf, and nearby mountainsFamily-friendly neighborhoods and excellent schools RecruitWell's Core Values:Open communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
