This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Patients per day: 15-18
Practice Setting: Health Center
Scope: Primary Care
State Licensure: Any unrestricted state license
Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: No
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
Facility LocationAn integral part of the Navajo Nation, Kayenta is a small city located just south of Monument Valley.
