Position Highlights
- Specialty: Interventional Cardiology with structural heart focus
- Setting: Exclusively hospital-based at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital no clinic requirement
- Case Volume: Close to 900 total structural heart cases completed in 2025
- Procedure Mix: TAVR, TEER/MitraClip, ASD/PFO closures, TMVR, tricuspid valve procedures, VSD closures, Watchman/LAAO
- Team: Supported by 5 total structural heart interventionalists within the group
- Call: One weekend of interventional call per month the only call requirement
- Academic Engagement: Biweekly TAVR case conferences; teaching responsibilities with residents and cardiology fellows
- Research: Active participation expected, including at least one publication submission
- Mentorship: Direct collaboration with Dr. Byrne (Market Medical Director, Cardiac Services; clinical trials PI) and Dr. Loli (Designated Institutional Officer for GME; cardiovascular fellowship core faculty)

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
- Eligible for or currently licensed in the State of Arizona
- Minimum of 2 years post-fellowship experience with independent cath lab experience
