Hospitalist Opportunity Blanchard Valley Hospital
Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a Hospitalist position at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, OH.

Hospital & Program Details
- Hospital Size: 150-bed hospital with 16-bed ICU and 18-bed CCU
- Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
- Average Daily Census: 2
- ICU: Open ICU with a dedicated ICU team available daily
- EMR: Cerner
Team Structure
- 5 Daytime Hospitalists
- 1 Dedicated Nocturnist
- 3 APPs (2 Daytime + 1 Swing APP)
Schedule & Workload
- Shifts: 12-hour blocks (7A 7P & 7P 7A)
- Nocturnist Schedule: 7-on / 7-off, 7P 7A
- Night Admissions: 7 10
Procedures
- Required, with training provided
- Intubations
- Central Lines
- Ventilator Management
Employment Model
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio
