Assignment Details
• Start/end: ASAP through March 2027 (6-month commitment); full-time, 4 weeks/month
• Schedule: 9a-5p, seeing patients Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri with an admin day Thursday; weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call; 30-min response, 1:5 ratio
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient and outpatient
• Volume: 20 patients/shift; 19 beds
• Setting: Cancer institute; stroke certified
• Support: 40 RNs, 6 MAs, 3 PA/NPs, 7 office staff
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 30-90 days

Requirements
• Board certified in Hematology, Oncology, or Hematology/Oncology
• License: WA or IMLC
• BLS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate caps apply per facility
