McKesson EMR, work as em employee, or as an I/C, you chose. The group is smaller, democratic and offers some flexibility in scheduling. You will be on staff at three different locations, but will be staffed only at one ED, unless you are needed in an emergency staffing situation at one of the other ED's. As am employee of the group, full benefits are offered. If you prefer to block shifts and stay overnight, the ED group supplies an apartment.
